We need you on Friday, May 15, 2020 when professionals from different disciplines flood the rooms of our high school for MHS Talks, roundtable discussions about how experts arrived at their current work.
These afternoon sessions are designed to let experts share the story of their career paths with MHS high school juniors. Small group discussions will be organized around a few experts sharing a common career theme such as: Women in Medicine, Applied Math in Finance or Young Alums in STEM Degree Programs. This is an easy but important "Mentor Moment" where YOU can help open kids' eyes to the myriad of STEM, STEAM and other careers available to them as well as the large variety of paths to those jobs. Amazing people don't just happen. |
