Tinkering Nights

These fun events provide hands-on STEM activities for adults and kids. Experimenting together encourages families to explore creative STEM learning at home, too.
 
We have two versions of Tinkering Nights for Grades K-2 and 3-5. Themes include:
  • Electricity
  • Magnetism
  • Sight & Sound
  • Simple Machines

The STEM Alliance is on a mission to introduce children at the youngest age to the world of coding and to spark further interest in STEM subjects.

Schools serving PreK - K students may contact us to schedule for a FREE Hour of Code™ with ​The STEM Alliance (one-time only).

Details:
  • Small groups only, ages 4 & up 
  • 1 hour of fun, hands-on coding activities at your PreK & K school, led by a dedicated STEM educator

STEM pop-up workshops

The STEM Alliance offers various classes during students' vacation days. These workshops combine project based learning with concepts from science, technology, engineering, math and art to foster creativity and curiosity.
